One of my favorite readers chastised me for NOT including the Gordon Ramsay Fondat au Chocolat recipe in my post about the Misses making it for my Dad. This one is for you Mom24! I hope you, and anyone else who loves gooey chocolate desserts enjoy! It doubles easily to make 4 cakes, but our family only needs 2. We split ours with the Misses as it is a very rich dessert.
